We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking on this website. Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit) are kept temporarily for security and rate-limiting purposes.

• Respond to your quote request with a written estimate
• Coordinate and deliver your move

Quote requests and customer communications are stored in our Microsoft 365 email system (sales@trustthemovers.ca). Our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers maintain industry-standard security and may store data in Canadian or U.S. data centres.

We retain your information only as long as needed to deliver the service you requested, fulfill our legal obligations, and resolve any disputes.

We share your information only with the people and systems necessary to deliver your move — for example, the crew assigned to your job. We may share information with third parties if we are required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your information at any time (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)
